Code Of Conduct
An official set of rules that governed pirate behaviour.

Coffer
A chest to keep treasure in.

Corsairs
Mediterranean privateers. Muslim cosairs sailed the Barbary coast and attacked Christian ships.

Crow's Nest
A small platform, sometimes enclosed, near the top of a mast, where a lookout has a better view of watching for sails or land.
  Cutlass
A short, curved, thick sword, the preferred weapon of many buccaneers, possibly a carry over weapon from the days of making boucan and probably more suited to the slashing melee amidst the rigging when boarding another ship than a long sword.

Davy Jones' locker
The bottom of the sea.

Deadlights
Eyes. "Use yer deadlights, matey!"

Dead men tell no tales
Standard pirate excuse for leaving no survivors.
