Sailor Moon appears now on RTL2 at 3:05 PM M.-Fr.

In the German Sailor Moon comic book Vol. 11 1999, it says that they made the Three Lights last names Kou in the German version, but it was just the opposite in the Japanese version.

The only song that is really sung by the Three Lights is Nagareboshi he in the show and it's sung by Mara Winzer (only one singer), who is sings all the songs in the show.

Sometimes the text-writers don't seem to know what they are doing.
There is an episode where Seiya say "she" about Taiki (not Star Maker) on stage to all the Three Lights-Fans. (Episode 184.)
The last name of the Starlights are for Seiya and Yaten never mentioned. For Taiki, it's once said as Hikari. (Episode 179.)

The only reason they left Kou in the manga is because they didn't translated the manga from the Japanese original, but from the French version.
