Converting back to flintlock by removing cap and ball drum conversion, and making new touch hole insert... matching 200 year old hand cut threads

Inletting new replacement flint lock into original cavity... new lock is slightly more substancial thickness.

Every screwhead had to be carefully cleaned out to remove screws... each original handmade screw goes back in the same hole location.
